We’ve spoken to a number of new clients who have joined SMTP2GO because of the positive reviews that they’ve read. By just taking two minutes to leave a review, you’ve made a big difference to us, and also the clients who have made the switch. As well as making us feel warm and fuzzy, the reviews are really important to us; we read each and every one of them, and the feedback is taken on board. If you have any suggestions, we pass them straight to our developers for considerations in future updates, and if you have feedback about our support, we search for the relevant tickets to pass your message on to the member of staff who you were dealing with.
On G2 Crowd, in order to leave a review, you must have your identification verified, so you know that the opinions are legit (I promise we didn’t just make them up!) You can use the site to compare similar providers and you can also find information regarding pricing and features. You can also ask questions, and we can answer them as soon as they reach us. Over the last few months we’ve collected a lot of badges from the site, and our most recent is for “High Performer- Fall 2020”. One of the features that we like about the site is the prompt asking what you like and dislike about our site. It means that we can take the constructive criticism as well as the good stuff, and we can pass it on to our developers.
Fast delivery, high delivery rate due to their positive reputation, detailed reports that allow you to trace any submitted email at anytime. Bounce reports are super important, it helped us find many security breaches on our email system for the past 4 years. The site asks you to rate the Ease of Use, Customer Service, Features, Value for Money, and Likelihood to Recommend.
