Grab your champagne because we’re celebrating! 🍾🥂 SMTP2GO have just been awarded GOLD in the Stevie Awards Customer Service Department of the Year – Computer Services.
This award means the world to us because, at SMTP2GO, we put a massive emphasis on our customer support, and it truly is such an honor for our efforts to have been recognized like this. As well as the gold, we were also awarded bronze in the Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year – Technology Industries category.
What makes the award stand out, even more, is seeing our name listed with the other impressive nominees. Best Buy Canada Ltd, Linode, and Spinnaker Support took joint second place, and ReputationDefender took third place.
In 2017, we were awarded bronze for the category Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year – Technology Industries – Computer Services & Software – Less Than 100 Employees, which was exciting but, once we got it, we set our minds to gold. So having earned that is a huge goal achieved!
At the end of the day, the award is nice but what it means is that our customer support excels – and that is really what matters the most to us. If our clients are happy, then we’re happy.
