Can you please tell us a little more about what your institution does?

Berry College is the world’s largest contiguous campus, and we offer students a high quality, private college experience and education that connects students with opportunities and work experience that they would not otherwise have available to them. Our student work program is far and above  other schools! 

What made you look for an SMTP service provider?

We needed additional abilities and capabilities for services outside of our own network to relay mail for us. We also found that our SPF record was growing uncontrollably large and needed a single mail relay that allowed quite a bit of flexibility in spoofing mail headers and such.

Do you use us to handle delivery for your school management system?

Yes/No. We utilize SMTP2GO for parts of our document imaging and forms management systems alongside one of our LMS and our ERP systems (both Jenzabar). We deliver mail into Office 365 mailboxes for students, faculty and staff from these systems through SMTP2Go. We also have an on-site, full service post office that relays through this service. There are a number of other services, too.

If you can recall, how did you find the sign up/onboarding process?

Simple and quick! We found the service just via Reddit and online searches.
