A team of judges review applicants for the Stevie Awards and nominate them for achievements in business across more than 60 nations. The awards have been ongoing since 2002. Two of our customer support agents, Brianna and Dominique, travelled to Las Vegas to attend the award ceremony. Brianna accepted the bronze award on our behalf.
To apply, we submitted our pitch, “Customer Service done right” to show exactly what customer service means to us. We believe that happy customers means a better business, so looking after our clients is a huge priority for us.
