SMTP2GO now provides a supported WordPress Plugin.

Below is a simple guide on how to configure the Post SMTP WordPress Plugin to send outgoing emails using your SMTP2GO account’s SMTP Server.

Step 1

Select the Post SMTP tab and click the Start the Wizard button.

Step 2

Enter your From Email Address and From Name into the Email and Name fields respectively under the Sender Details section. Click the Next button.

Step 3

Outgoing Mail Server Hostname will be filled automatically. Replace it with mail.smtp2go.com. Click the Next button.

Step 4

Select the option “SMTP – smtp2go.com:587” if it is not selected by default. You may also select the option smtp2go.com:465 or smtp2go.com:25.

Make sure that the Password option got selected under the Authentication section. Click the Next button.

Step 5

Enter your SMTP2Go Username and Password into the Username and Password fields respectively. Click the Next button and then click the Finish Button.
