Select ‘Accounts’ from the Tools Menu of Microsoft Outlook:mac 2011.
Select your mail account you want to setup SMTP2GO as SMTP Outgoing server.
Change the Outgoing server setting to mail.smtp2go.com.
Change your Outgoing server Port Number to 465 pr 8465.
Make the ‘Override default port’ is checked.
Check ‘Use SSL to connect’. If you are unable to use SSL, uncheck the setting and try using Port Number 2525, 25, 8025 or 587.
Important: do *not* change your Incoming mail server setting.
Click on ‘More Options…’
Select ‘User Name and Password’ as Authentication.
Enter your SMTP2GO Username into User name and SMTP2GO Password into Password fields respectively. Click OK to save the settings.
Important: do not change Unqualified domain.
Reload your Microsoft Outlook:mac 2011 application.
Now you have setup SMTP2GO as your Outgoing server.
