Filemaker Pro has the option of using an Outgoing SMTP Server. We’ve recently been contacted by one of our members who has successfully used SMTP2Go with Filemaker Pro.
Setup for Filemaker Pro is slightly different, in that it requires that you enter your SMTP2Go billing email address into the User Name field and your SMTP2Go password into the Password field.
Please view the image below to see an example of how the SMTP settings screen should appear. Obviously, you should replace the email address with your own.
We’ve had some reports that the Name field needs to be blank, due to a bug with the SMTP module in some versions of FileMaker Pro.
